Cancellation Policy
By booking on this site, you accept complete responsibility for the card used and accept the cancellation terms. Appointments MUST be cancelled at least 24 hours before appointment time. Any cancellations within 24 hour window of appointment time results in a cancellation fee of 75% of the booked service cost and/or loss of booking fee. Any booking fees go towards service cost once service is completed.
A fee of $15 will be added if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
NO SHOWS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 100% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE COST AND/OR BOOKING FEE.
